ANALISA RASIO KEHADIRAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA BANK ‘X’ DI BANDUNG

Abstract

The presence of employees is a factor that is directly related to work productivity. Presence can reduce or increase productivity. This research was conducted at Bank X in Bandung with a total of 1,862 employees, spread across 11 Branch Offices and 66 Supporting Branch Offices throughout West Java. The aim is to determine the effect of absenteeism on productivity and the potential financial loss of the Company due to illness and employee permission for a period of 1 year. This research method uses Archival Research. Archive research is research on written data (documents) or in the form of data archives. Documents that
are examined based on the source can come from internal (original files and records obtained by an organization). From the data analyzed using Absenteeism Rate which is a calculation of the ratio of absenteeism to the number of workdays of employees in a certain period. The result is an attendance ratio of all employees of 96.83%, meaning that only 3.17% did not attend work due to illness and permission. Potential costs due to absenteeism range from 1.1 to 4.3 billion a year.
